  • Advisory and consultancy services in the area of facilities.
  • Management and Strata related issues.
  • Regulation and compliance updates from all relevant government agencies.
  • Advisory services and recommendations on all environmental and sustainability issues.
  • Full and comprehensive registration assistance for all new homeowners associations with RERA core services.

Administrative Management

  • A “speedy and efficient” central telephone service.
  • Unique computerized management system for back-office and middle-office functions.
  • Coverage of all relevant insurance requirements including valuations and claims handling.
  • Arrangement, attendance and recorded minutes of all home-owners meetings.
